One of the best sellers last year was the spiced hot chocolate mix with homemade Honey Marshmallows ($13 for the combo)
Spritz cookies
Found in every Christmas Cookie variety in Germany. A crunchy Hazelnut batter with a partial dark chocolate glaze brings the taste to a perfection ($6 for a quarter pound, $11 for half pound)
Anis Stars
A mix of ground roasted Anis seeds and some homemade jam shaped and doubled up in a star constellation, packaged in 5 or 10 ($7.50/$14)
Almond Caramel bars
A new experiment with a great outcome. A thin layer of shortbread batter is covered with a mix of the finest ingredients: butter, honey, cream, orange juice and Almonds. A drizzle of dark chocolate completes the taste; packaged in 5 or 10 ($7.5/$14)
Köln Dom Cookies
The cookie cutter was a present my brother gave me as a homage to his favorite city, Cologne. I used it for a butter cookie with chocolate decor, a simple shortbread like creation, packaged in 5 or 10 ($6/$11).
Cardomon balls
And lastly the use of an interesting spice I rarely use, Cardamon. A very fine and creamy batter mix with Cardamon as it's main spice is a perfect companion for any tea or coffee time, ($6 for a quarter pound, $11 for half pound).
